Lay your prosciutto slices on a cutting board.
Top each slice with a piece of baby arugula (or microgreens), a smear of blue cheese, a few chopped pecans, and a slice of Apple Cider Baked Pear.
Roll the prosciutto slice so that all of those goodies are tucked inside. Arrange on a platter and serve.
